Do You Need Housing?
Housing eligibility assessments and referrals are being handled by the Common Assessment Team through the Louisville Coalition for the Homeless at 1300 S. 4th Street, Suite 250, Louisville, KY 40208 on a walk-in basis Monday – Friday from 10am-3:30pm. This does not guarantee housing opportunities at Nu HOME but will assist in determining what services or housing opportunities may
be available on a case-by-case basis. To reserve a bed in a local shelter,
call 502-637-BEDS (502-637-2337) from 10am-4pm seven days a week.
All residents at Nu HOME receive supportive services in addition to housing. These services include case management, life skills classes, social and recreational activities, and chances to develop interpersonal relationships.
All support services can continue up to 6 months after the resident
graduates from Nu HOME.
